AIBU?

To think the Daily Fail shouldn't be posting videos like this on their pages...(JS related)

I was reading updates on the JS enquiry, just googled "Jimmy Savile", and this news story came up on the third link. It's showing this beast abusing a girl on camera. They've posted the clip on the page. The woman is clearly in distress...she screams and moves to get away, whilst he carries on talking calmly to the camera.

I feel sick after watching it. Yes it's my own fault for playing it. Why have they put it up? I think it's a really low thing to do, to get the "shock" factor and get as many hits as possible on the page.

AIBU, or do they have a right to post things like this to show the world what kind of a demon this man was?

it's all over the internet so I don't think it's just a Daily Fail thing.

Is it all over the internet? I didn't come across it before. I think it's horrible.

it was on The suns webpage the other day it is everywhere he was a disgusting horrible excuse for a man you can't blame the daily mail for putting this on , the girl well woman did come forward and say about this. there is another clip where he is in a tv studio and he is lifting a girls skirt to look at her knees and he keeps doing it and doing his bug eyed grin, the girl looks mortified,

I am a bit baffled really.
The story is all over the Internet. I understand what abuse looks like. I am not sure that seeing that clip is worse than the harrowing evidence of one of the other victims.
I think the clip just illustrates his arrogance tbh

I'm not sure she looks terrified?? She is grinning from ear to ear

She looks completely bewildered and clearly has no clue how to react. It is so far outside what any of them expect they are all acting as if it is a joke - because it's Jimmy and it's on telly, so it must be alright.

Good grief, she clearly gets a hell of a fright - (bit graphic) - the other girls don't look all that comfortable either :(

This was actually shown on tv a few days ago. I bet the bastard BBC are still getting paid for these clips of the bastard.

He's supposed to be putting his hands up the back of her skirt and inside her knickers.

It has been played on the TV, and across the internet. It was front page news on the DM last week.

It does, I think, at least show that other people in the studio must have suspected. Although it does make uncomfortable viewing, and it does divide opinion - she does appear to be smiling, but that could be a confused reaction. It's so difficult to predict what you'd do in her position, if that was completely unexpected and she was aware she was on film.
