Sorry, with BT. They changed their system in August. It hasn't worked since. If you ask them what you're paying for you get an email saying sorry, although they did at one point offer the princely sum of £3.50. If you ask them to come out, they'll put you on a list but have so many problems that they can't give you a date. I missed the final of bake off. I haven't seen one single Only Connect as it's aired. I miss at least four programmes a week.
Can't go with Sky because where we live it dies every time it rains or is windy and there's no cable here.
I'm off to tear my hair out!
