Wibu to hold the bastard down and snip it off ?since he keeps flashing it at me to make me squeal .

Failing that march him to the docs for them to do the deed.

Ps, could it actually be a random bollock. ??

no! leave it! that would be really painful, your poor husband, why would you want to torture him?

Sorry, can't help with the skin tag

but WHERE do you get an 'anatomically correct' Action Man?

Report
MrsBucketxx · 12/10/2012 08:59

dont do that it will bleed A LOT.

get some cotton and tie round it at the base to cut the blood supply off. it will then go black and drop off in about a week,

he needs better fitting shirts cause its the under arms rubbing that causes them.

ha that was my next question! everybody knows that action man has no bollocks....
Edith we had a baby boy doll with correct parts from Italy, along with a charming little dolly callled 'Pipi Pupu' and when you squeezed her a genuine plastic poo popped in and out! She was our favourite toy EVER

Thinking on it 'actionmans bollock which is suffering from elephantitis' may well be more apt since it's the size of a damn strawberry...Edith, I have no idea where you'd buy an anatomically correct action man, i'm sure you can tho, since dp appears to grow the bollocks.

Nelly, obviously I wouldn't hold the bastard down and snip it off.....that would be assault. I am however allowed top vent my bleddy temptations on here since the bollock armpitted git seems to revel in torturing my delicate senses with the damn thing !

Dont cut it off it really hurts and bleeds and can become infected.

My GP don't offer the freezing, have to be referred to another surgery at a cost of £50.

My DH won't touch it and I can't tie the cotton on myself Smile

I don't mind what you do but can I just say thank you for brightening a rainy Friday morning by making me spit my tea out laughing.

I had one appear in my armpit and snipped it off, obviously i felt it at the time but it didn't hurt afterwards, I held a bit of cotton wool on it for a couple of minutes and it's never returned.

My husband has a big one on his knee that I think look like a Rainbow Drop, he's too much of a wuss to let me cut it off.

I had one in the same place. I can vouch for the cotton trick. Make sure it's tied as tight as bearable and it will die and drop off.

OMG that is gross.
I have a small one on my eyelid that has been there forever, but it's getting bigger...would the thread trick work for that too oh mumsnetters?

FlaminNoraImPregnantPanda · 12/10/2012 09:20

Yes Nelly it will work. Just bear in mind that when it dies, before it drops off, it turns black and looks absolutely hideous. I stuck a plaster over the one under my arm so I didn't have to see it.

Shock at that link. Does it actually, really look like that? But bigger?

He should get a tattoo of action man around it and style it out

My husband has one too. He also had one on the inside of his thigh at the top near his bollocks. I tied it off, numbed it with ice, then snipped it off with my embroidary scissors - best thing we've done! He walks better now as Im sure it used to catch and rub (uurgh). It bled for ages, but wasn't sore or painful. Just need to get him to do the one in his pit now...

My dh had got one on his back we call The Brain. It's so big it's sorta squashed into itself. It's hideous. I can't cuddle him because its where my hand would go. He went to the dr and he said no, they don't do non essential stuff like that, and I'm too squeamish to tie it. I can't even look at it

God, that pictures vile!

I had a skin tag on my nippleHmm it used to twist and get really bloody painful

I got it chopped off at the gp's eventually, I have no idea how they did it, but it went and hasn't returned.

The way to see whether it's an actual bollock is see whether he keeps scratching it and rearranging it whilst watching tv

Report
WelshMaenad · 12/10/2012 23:14

Nelly don't do the thread thing on eye ones! Go to your Gp and they will burn it off, I had mine done (one on each eye) a few years ago.

ripsishere · 13/10/2012 03:04

My sister did that to one of my nephews. She used dental floss and sliced it clean off.
At least he didn't have to wait for it to drop off.
