First one is 8, next is 34 - you are adding the numbers e.g. 1 +2 = 3, 2 + 3 = 5 etc.

I think it's 8....1+2=3 2+3=5 3+5=8 8+13=21

I might be wrong though!

not sue what you have to do for the 2nd question - have you to identify the number represented by the *?

VivaLeBeaver · 10/10/2012 22:36

8! 30

1 2 3 5 8 13 21

You had the two preceding numbers to get the next one.

The first one is 8 and 34. The number is the sum of the two previous numbers, so 3=2+1, 5=3+2 etc.

Not sure about the second sequence. Will have a think.

i think 8 & 34 as adding last 2 numbers to make next

12? 3 in front of him and 8 behind him? 3 plus 8 plus him = 12?
