Take it back for a refund and take your custom elsewhere.

Return it and ask for your money back.

Go to another store to buy your phone.

If they object and refuse to refund you, threaten to email their CEO with details of the conversation you heard.

I would call and speak to the manager and make arrangements to go to the shop and speak directly to him/her, then go in and report exactly what happened and return the phone as Funny says.

Yep, as ZombTEE says, he will have a boss - find the boss and pursue it! I loathe poor service and would not rest until I'd made my dissatisfaction known!

My brand new phone had photos on it...therefore my dad took it back and did it was not new - you can do the same
