You leave it . Very rude to point it out. You would be reasonable if it was in a job application, but this isn't going to stop people applying for the job.

Tell her while there's still time to alter the advertisement. Frankly, if I were looking for a job, any spelling or grammatic mistake would put me off applying for a job there. Is she looking for someone less pedantic?
