Just been on the other site nm and their seems to be a lot of

Sw are child snachers, i did nothing worng sw just came and stole my child

Their is a lot of denil in my view seems a lot of sw are the devil and i was just sitting in my perfect mummy tower when the big bad sw came and stole my child away ..

But when you dig deep into these stories they either dont ring true or te poster had been making very poor choices when you try and point out to the poster their time is better spent addressing the issues that sw has point out instead of trying to sue the social services (and also what with them always wanting to sue or demanding justice) you are kicked off for being un supportive confused

is it me but their just seems to Me with a lot of netmums with their children in care (whats up with that)

ilovesooty Sat 21-Jul-12 19:51:49

No idea. Why don't you post on there and ask them?

picnicbasketcase Sat 21-Jul-12 19:52:46

No idea, I don't read NM but I imagine they would feel victimised to have their children taken away and in a public forum would want to defend themselves and want to feel supported, even though it is unlikely that it would happen for no reason.

LentillyFart Sat 21-Jul-12 19:54:45

Have you asked them? I mean, if I gave a shit what they were saying on NM then - err - I'd go there and look.

Socknickingpixie Sat 21-Jul-12 19:55:03

i wonder that a lot, obviously sometimes things do happen that would make you freak like the family who had 2 children taken into care because of felt tip being mistaken for bruses as well as a few other horrors.

but in genral i think very few people who get their kids taken away didnt ought to have done.

not withstanding that even tho we know child abuse is not class/age related you are more likly to get them removed if you are young or poor

Mrbojangles1 Sat 21-Jul-12 19:56:31

ilovesooty you cant if you do you get kicked off for being un supportive

ilovesooty Sat 21-Jul-12 19:57:58

Even so I don't know how you expect anyone on here to know the answer.

Threads like that appear here. There is one in chat at the moment. I have lurked on nm once and found that questioning people is not well received there. When the have appeared her people challenge the information and provide their own.
As it is a public forum you will only get the posters side. They are unlikely to say 'ss removed my children from my home and they were right to do so.'
John hemming mp, who has made another appearance on the one in chat, like to fuel these threads by backing them up with twisted info and often scares people.

Mrbojangles1 Sat 21-Jul-12 19:59:49

picnicbasketcase on one of the we hate sw threads their was a link were mums were naming sw,judges, foster carers even giving car reg and very detailed information followed by their allaged crimes

Also theis cookey mp which i belive is a lib dem telling mums not to co oprate with ss shock

IawnCont Sat 21-Jul-12 20:00:00

This is not a nice thread. Why would you start a thread slagging them off when they can't defend themselves, and we don't know what has been written?

Mrbojangles1 Sat 21-Jul-12 20:01:29

Just wondering ilovesooty because their seems to not be very many on here

Dprince Sat 21-Jul-12 20:01:33

When they have appeared here.
Also I John may search his name here as he tends to show up quite quickly after you mention him.
Sorry if I bring him here. But he will be able to tell you the ghost stories of the apparently evil child snatching as who have quotas to fill.

Mrbojangles1 Sat 21-Jul-12 20:02:36

Dprince thats his name jhon hemming i find his posts shocking just shocking

Dprince Sat 21-Jul-12 20:06:42

No one is slagging anyone off. I am certainly not I am giving a theory of why there maybe more on nm than here. My theory is challenging information is not accept behaviour there. Also that there is only one side of the story, people who have had their children removed with very good reason tend not to agree the reasons are good.

John hemming has been banned from here a few times now.... I thought when I read this op that it would be him, again! He has found fresh blood at netmums it seems, they ate more likely to listen to him than us

I have had some odd pm's from him in the past!

Dprince Sat 21-Jul-12 20:20:52

Olympia he is back. Says he wasn't banned. Still spouting shit over in chat.
why not pop in and say 'hi' smile.
I remember him posting in adoptions once. It was awful.

Olympia2012 Sat 21-Jul-12 20:22:04

What username Dprince?

Socknickingpixie Sat 21-Jul-12 20:22:14

Well, I have just recently had SS in to investigate an allegation made by my DD, with genital damage to back it up, and I have found that they have been nothing but nice and reassuring. I also have my own social worker who bends over backwards for me, so my own feelings are that they aren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be.

Dprince Sat 21-Jul-12 20:25:07

Johnhemming. Really imaginative name as well.
I am sure he was banned before , but he says not and I am 99.9% sure it is him. Same posting style, same shit facts. Same evading direct questions.

Olympia2012 Sat 21-Jul-12 20:25:09

I have probably hidden the thread, I have been hiding loads recently! before I even open them..

Yes maryz nmhq don't seem to mind personal info of others being put on there.
That adds to the reasons people with these complaints post there. Obviously as make mistakes and some are genuine. But I honestly think some people post their justifications there as they know they can. Whether true or not.

Olympia2012 Sat 21-Jul-12 20:33:59

Oh no, the pm was from * melvinscomments*

Now, I think he was banned, and was something to do with Hemming
