Haha! I too was called milk for a long period of time. My mother was a very clear Granny , DH was wuvwey daddy & I was MILK said in Gestapo tones.

Now at 26 months (& for some time) have been mummy, mum, best mum in tha world, gorgeous mum etc (depending on what she's after!)

At least she recognises you as her mum. DS (2yo) is going through a phase of randomly adopting strangers to be 'my mama' when we're out and about, which is rather irritating. The adoptees love it of course
