I am sorry to hear that Mario? Did you make the Christmas dinner? Did your DH like it?

I hope you have some plans for a better and more peaceful new year.

Sparklingbrook Fri 30-Dec-11 13:31:41

Mario I really don't know what to say.

Mario101 Fri 30-Dec-11 13:33:05

Why is the wine still on the window ledge?

Mario101 Fri 30-Dec-11 13:33:55

I think you need to go lie down love.

BobblyGussets Fri 30-Dec-11 13:35:29

Do you get on ok with your kids (if you have any) and your DH?

Ours know they have to sit up at the table and at least make an attempt to eat. They are three and eight.

If it makes you feel any better, I had to work on Christmas day.

Sparklingbrook Fri 30-Dec-11 13:36:15

I would probably get rid of the wine off the windowledge now, it's been nearly a week.

KurriKurri Fri 30-Dec-11 13:37:01

I'm sorry your tree got stolen, what a mean thing for someone to do sad

LineRunner Fri 30-Dec-11 13:39:15

I would put the wine somewhere safe, before it gets knocked onto the walls or floor or something.

Was the wasp still on the windowsledge ,did Sharon come round for christmas?

Mario101 Fri 30-Dec-11 13:41:37

there was not a wasp but sharon came around on christmas eve

Salmotrutta Fri 30-Dec-11 13:41:39

I'd also check that nothing fell into the wine too - like a dead wasp or something. Best to be cautious.

My dad got stung by a wasp that was hiding in the christmas tree, so it could have been worse.

Good 'ol Sharon

<settles down with popcorn>

LadyBeagleEyes Fri 30-Dec-11 13:43:24

Did Sharon the hoor turn up?
Did anyone throw wine at the wall?
And most importantly, was there a dead wasp?

usualsuspect Fri 30-Dec-11 13:44:04

I reckon Sharon nicked the Christmas tree

Salmotrutta Fri 30-Dec-11 13:44:15

<wonders when the bikers and seagulls are going to show up>

FontSnob Fri 30-Dec-11 13:44:19

Was the stain still on the carpet?

LadyBeagleEyes Fri 30-Dec-11 13:44:37

Cross posts with everyone grin

LineRunner Fri 30-Dec-11 13:44:42

We had a nest of spiders in our tree once. They ended up all over the white ceiling, dropping down on their silken bungee ropes on Christmas Eve, taunting us.

But we don't know Sharon so she couldn't help us.

Salmotrutta Fri 30-Dec-11 13:44:56

Do keep up LadyBeagle grin
