because of the mouthful of coldsores I have and being severely bloated and generally crappy because my period is late?

No chance of PG, it does happen occasionally and I spend the days waiting for it feeling like shite with on/off period pain and looking like I swallowed a beach ball :(

Btw I say crisps because I dont like chocolate, hard to believe but true :o

the only ice cream we have is a Vienetta type creation DH bought, which I suppose would do although I would prefer Baileys flavour Haagen Daaz!

Not been to the docs, I have suffered with breakouts since I was very young, had my first ones when I was about 7 I think. Seems to be a family thing, my mum and grandma both suffer badly with them.

Good idea about the cheese :o
