Guilt trip for not going to a party

My friend is having a big birthday party soon, about 200 miles away. She called earlier to check we're still going (yes) and wanted to make sure I was OK with the kids not being able to come. Er, no I'm not. They've been to most events before, and I had already been told they could. They've changed the plans, which is fine, but I said I now can't go.
Youngest DD is nearly 4 months and EBF. I could leave her with DH and a few bottles, but I don't want to, so I've said I'd rather not. I said DH could go alone, she wants me (both friends with her and her DH). Now she's cross with me. AIBU?

If she previously said your children could come and has changed her mind then no, YANBU for changing your mind and not going.
