Mine loved it. And being the highly intelligent child she was the bottom one used her initiative and looked out the side, much as they do in the car. I'd be happy to go in it if my arse was smaller.

I'm counting the days until I see a double buggy like this with a little DVD player screen on the back of the top seat, so the child in the bottom one can remain constantly plugged in to their in-buggy entertainment.

I felt sorrier for my DCs when we had to wake them up to bring them inside because we couldn't fit a double buggy through the front door.

When we got one, DD only actually went in the back seat when she climbed in herself because she wanted a nap.

I don't like the look of them, however I can see why they must be the most practical of double buggy so you don't end up as a wide/long load!

I wasn't so keen but when minding my friends dc she left hers at our house and physical fights would start over which toddler ( mine or hers) would go on the bottom/ they loved it, depends how much of the day they are going to spend in a pram IMO.

I absolutely hated them. Ds1 was 17 months old when ds2 was born and almost everyone said I should get a phil and teds pram.

I ignored them because I really didn't like the look of them.

Now the boys are 2 1/2 and 1yr old and I've just got my first phil and teds after saying I would never get one.

I LOVE it. The youngest sits in the main seat and the 2 1/2 yr old walks pretty much everywhere, but if we are out all day and he does need a nap, there's a seat there for him to hop into. Means he's not just staring at the back of the seat either as he's only in it to sleep

I still wouldn't buy it for a newborn & a toddler but for 2 older children, it's fab!

I don't know. I always felt a bit sorry for the shopping basket kid, or the newborn dangling on a shelf under the PFB, but now I am pregnant again. DS2 will be 16/17 months when DC3 is born, and I cannot justify the ££££ of the much coveted Donkey.

I think those buggies look wonderful, the bigger child can walk a bit and chill out a bit otherwise. lots of shopping space the rest of the time, and not as long as a regular inline tandem.
