havent been out without dh since january, and havent been out since june.

Someones leaving doo in work, drinks, food then heading into the city to dance the night away Hmm
i was just gonna go for drink and food then get dh to pick me up.

But, the closer its getting the less i want to go. I just cant be arsed, its too late for me to eat, i dont wanna stuff my face (all you can eat), i dont wanna pend money on a night im not that bothered about plus im going out with my best mate for lunch on friday too. Also not really great mates with anyone goin out, just work friends iykwim.

Dh said i should go, am i just being a grumpy old woman? WWYD?

I'd go, get cunted, dance, then regret all the horrible things I said to those I don't like in work, get fired, then look for a new job.

you'll probably enjoy yourself once you're out. but if you really don't want to then don't!

Id not go if I didn't want to , you won't enjoy it and just keep looking at your watch waiting to be able to leave to go home.

I can't believe you're asking if you're being unreasonable to not go somewhere you don't want to go when you don't even have to go there Confused

Jeez what are you the AIBU police.
If you just want to bitch go elsewhere, not sure what the problem is. Its a fairly non threatening thread about going out or not. Like most of the AIBU threads actually

The less you go out, the less you fancy it
Use it or lose it
I'd go, because if you don't go, you might not be invited next time. And because it's nice for the person leaving, and it might be fun. And you might suddenly realise you're 70 and too scared to go to the shop

meryl thats exactly what i mean, i think im just being boring, would rather stay in, save the money, eat healthy than just go out and let my hair down for once.

I dont know wats wrong with me, i find it quite ard to relax. Out of 14 nights holiday i only really enjoyed one night and actually let my hair down
