I won't use real scissors, but as she's blonde, I might have to dye her hair Wink.

I want to dress 3yo DD as an Oompa Loompa from the 1971 Willy Wonka film, y'know - orange face and green hair etc but DP says it would be mean.

I hate the fact my kids are wusses. They want to be princesses or "fairy devils" (2 years running) I want them to be zombies/vampires/witches/ghosts etc Thats the point of Halloween isn't it?

I used to go halloween singing in a black bag and a cheap mask and hat. Grin

My DC are Hallowe'en fanatics and are quite obliging when it comes to dress up.
Last year DS was the Grim Reaper and DD was Evil Doll .

The only rule is : I have to be able to make the costume and they need to be able to run/play/go to the loo Grin

i think anything to make them cringe when they bring their first boy/girl friends home and you bring out the piccies is just fine

CT thankyou I have to say I agree Grin and he does look rather cute in his tutu and wings. It was even better when he then teamed it up with a skeleton outfit, cowboy hat and a pink to buggy to go trick or treating Hmm
