We have a quite wide front garden, but only a yard at the back (taken up by a trampoline).

Our neighbours house is at an angle to ours, round the corner a bit. It wont block out any light from them, but would you be annoyed if your neighbours did this??

No, it's your garden and you need to use it for your family. I've seen worse things in front gardens.

Wouldn't bother me if I was your neighbour.....and I'm sure every kid in a 3 mile radius would love it - and be in your front garden all the time. So you might need to consider a fence or something too, if you don't already have one.

I guess it would depend on the size of your front garden, whether it is inclosed, and the area you live in.

As it's Friday the only thing you are allowed to put in your front garden is Pampas Grass - it can grow to a fair height and you may be able to erect a timber tower behind it in a couple of years time.

Until then, in order not offend your neighbours, keep your trampolining and swinging confined to indoors.

looks fine to me. we have a playhouse etc in our front garden because it's much bigger than the back.

If your garden is fanced off and no-one can see it (other than in a normal over-the-fence type way) then I don't see a problem.

Check with the planning dept before you buy. You may laugh but it may need planning permission if it's forward of a wall forming the principal elevation.

We aren't allowed play equipment toys in the front garden according to the estate covenant, I would have a climbing frame of some sort if we were allowed.
