He has only been in government about 1 year, the economy has flatlined and already there are riots and looting in the streets! He doesnt listen, and just gets everything so wrong!

It would be absolutely hilarious, if only the consequences weren't so tragic.

But I need a good laugh, so AIBU?

he is such a dick. Hope those that voted for him can now see him for the weak spineless idiot is his.

Or are they still blaming everyone else.

In the sense that if you didn't laugh at his utter uselessness, you'd weep, YANBU.
All we hear from him is that it's all Labour's fault and they've just inherited this mess. I'm sure it's the wrong thing to say but I keep thinking everyone seemed a lot happier under Labour. I feel sorry for all the people who voted LibDem in an attempt to keep to either give them more of a chance than they'd had in years, or to keep the tories out. Massive fail.

But they still think so madhattershouse, thats the sad thing.

YABU - I can't laugh at him because it is beyond depressing that he's in charge. I just wish there was a credible alternative....Ed Miliband? Totally ineffective and never going to be popular enough to get rid of the Tory/Lib Dem shite.

Am looking forward to reading some tools defend Cameron on here in a minute though...now that will make me laugh.

mayblossombitch · 14/08/2011 21:52

It could be so much worse - we could have Ed Miliband in charge.

Laquitar · 14/08/2011 21:53

Labour's fault, single mothers' fault, those who bought a coffee table on credit fault, foreigners' fault.....

It really is a laugh or cry situation.

Get this - He is still cutting police numbers, even though we have looting on the streets and he says he wants a 'stronger' police response.

AHAHAHAHA! What an idiot!

I have read that Cameron is trying very hard to keep his actions in line with what his media analysts tell him the public thinks/wants. Sadly I think that's the last thing we need - we need a leader with strength and vision.

The british public sat back and let the media savage the Brown government and skew the campaign reporting, in effect letting them almost tell the less informed members of society who to vote for. Now the voters have the government they deserve :(

But timidviper we are voters..I don't think I did anything bad enough to deserve this govt Grin

meditrina · 14/08/2011 21:58

I just don't take to Cameron personally, even though I think the current Govt is the best option of what's currently on offer (and do think the mess they inherited was truly dreadful, but they seem to have largely shut up about that, thank goodness).

What really gets me is " we are all in this together" when has he ever saw a bill fall onto his carpet and think my god i cannot pay that, or worried about getting his kids some new shoes. The power bills go up 18% and and thats nothing to him, they spend more on a meal out then most people spend to feed a family for a week. We are not all in this together, the working man is slipping further and further into trouble and him and his cabinet have no idea how we live.

madhattershouse · 14/08/2011 22:00

chicken he wants a stronger police presence..he could start by giving the jobs of 2 of my friends back then! Frontline police officers who have just been made redundant!! One lost his house and is now living in a caravan on his dads drive with his wife and 2 kids! Nice one Cameron!!

roundtoit I think all senior politicians should spend at least 6 months on benefits or low wages, see how it really is. How can anyone understand the life of the majority when they have never had to face it themselves?

YABU, he isn't funny. The only time I will laugh at him is when he is forced to resign, through incompetance, and takes Gideon with him.

Excellent sniggersome article in Sunday times style mag about his mankles and how he never quite gets his dress sense right. Not part. high brow but worth a look if only to chortle. God that man is a twat.
