Well, hold your stomachs now, she nipped passed us to the loo, and when she walked back towards her table, I noticed that one of the ties on the back of her top had obviously dangled somewhere while she was abluting, and it was not canary yellow anymore, oh no it wasn't.

So AIBU to be feeling a teeny bit happy that retribution was passed?

I never go for revenge when someone fvks me over. It makes me feel like a bad person so I end up feeling worse. And I think the universe will get them in the end. In my experience, it usually does.

If you are genuinely interested in karma, read up on it. If you were genuinely interested you wouldn't take such glee in someone else's misfortune no matter how negative or nasty they were.

Karma is very different from just desserts or revenge.

It's a beautiful thing, and not about embitterment.

I thought Karma was the idea that what goes around comes around, good or bad. Or at least that's how people have come use the word.

Hairy - I get what you are saying (on a serious note) I really do and I have read books like the disapearance of the universe, seat of the soul And conversations with god ( all of which sound like they would be of interest to you if u haven't read them) and the messages make sense but I struggle to adopt these at times especially when I see shit things happen to children/good people/vulnerable people etc

My 2 year old DD has got poo in places I didn't think poo could go. She has smeared it on the window. She has smeared it on the settee. She smeared it on our brand knew dining room table chairs the very same evening we got it. She even smeared poo between two CD's and squashed them together.

Back to the point. Did you not notice the that the teenager was "Wagged up to the nines", which I think means she was blathered? I've seen someone piss themselves when they've been drunk. And gotten puke all over them. And various other things. I can believe it.
