Listed a Dyson on Freecycle at the end of Feb, got a reply within 5 minutes and it was out of my house in 45 minutes. I instantly listed it as taken.

I have just received an email saying "Hi mate am interested in that tx me on my no 07xxxxxxxxx"

Firstly i'm not your mate, secondly thanks for giving me the opportunity to use my phone credit on you and thirdly WHY THE HELL HAVE YOU TRAWLED THROUGH 3 MONTHS OF LISTINGS AND NOT BOTHERED TO SEE WHERE IT SAYS TAKEN!!!

Just ignore them. Also, don't put your mobile number on the listing then they will have to e-mail. Must say I've never had a message longer than a couple of days after listing an item on Freegle.
