Many years ago after a friday night out my goodself and the gang used to go into town to the cheapest curry house and have a cheap mucky curry

so a tenbob nasty was what we called a cheap curry and I like the name so I call currys ten bob nastys

By the way ten bob is old speek for 50 pence
