To be pissed right off about my phone bill?

I really dont understand my bill this month confused

my last bill came out on the 27th may, my next is due any day now so checked my bill online and its double what it should be shock I have'nt gone over on any of my usage.

I upgraded my phone at the beginning of june but because mays bill was paid than junes should be at the new amount.

Ive tried to ring them but there system is down, so i tried logging back into my account and its telling me i'm putting in the wrong password. hmm

I am really angry that i cant sort this out right now.

I think the first week is higher than usual, i know when we upgraded our contract our first bill was more because it over-ran the month of billing or something. Next nonth it should be your new bill allowance BUT they should hve told you your bill for the first month of new upgrade would be higher.

Finally got through to them. They take out a month in advance line rental plus your normal bill when you upgrade or a new customer, its a new thing they have started doing but because no one told me they now do that the have credited me a month line rental, grin
