Some posters pop up on threads of varied and often complicated topics and manage to have a well formed opinion on it, know all the facts and figures and put their point accross eloquently? Makes me feel a bit dim at times blush AIBU?

AtYourCervix Sun 19-Jun-11 21:49:07

it's because some of us are very special. and brliant.

ChaosTrulyReigns Sun 19-Jun-11 21:49:37

Yes I agree, I feel amazingly inarticulate here at times.

you're making me blush now

ChaosTrulyReigns Sun 19-Jun-11 21:50:10

Some of us have other skills, like being able to spell.

Bohica Sun 19-Jun-11 21:50:18

I'm a serial lurker. I know a little about lot's of things & I know lot's about a few specific things.

It's an art form natch.

shakey1500 Sun 19-Jun-11 21:50:38

YANBU but for me, it's a great thing, something I can learn from. And I'm grateful to those who go to the trouble of researching and providing links etc.

I can only aspire sometimes. It's the ones who spout shite all over the gaff who get on my tits <---shows breeding. smile

mightybright Sun 19-Jun-11 21:50:48

I can understand one or two threads but some people seem to know everything about every thread on here!

usualsuspect Sun 19-Jun-11 21:50:54

I just think I know everything

GreenEyesandHam Sun 19-Jun-11 21:51:07

Hell yeah

I mean you're not being unreasonable. I know jack shit about nowt it would seem.

fearnelinen Sun 19-Jun-11 21:52:05

I don't even know what natch means sad

jugglingmug Sun 19-Jun-11 21:52:20

I'm more Henry's Cat style...know everything about nothing and not too much about that grin

Don't stop me pitching in with an opinion.

IDrinkFromTheirSkulls Sun 19-Jun-11 21:53:38

I just don't like being shouted at so tend to keep to threads I can do some fence sitting on.

Unless I'm having a bad day and then I'll tell the lot of you exactly what I think [rubs hands]

mightybright Sun 19-Jun-11 21:54:08

I have actually learnt a lot from mumsnet genuises grin maybe I will become one too if I stick around long enough!

ginhag Sun 19-Jun-11 21:54:30

The only true wisdom is in knowing that you know nothing.

Which makes me really rather wise smile

mightybright Sun 19-Jun-11 21:54:58

fearnelinen - I think it means naturally

BelleDameSansMerci Sun 19-Jun-11 21:55:49

I doubt I'm one of these prolific and articulate posters but some of us are just old... You can learn a lot in 40+ years. grin

wannaBe Sun 19-Jun-11 21:56:03

but then you have to question what is out there for those people in the real world that they have so much time to articulate in the virtual one? wink

AtYourCervix Sun 19-Jun-11 21:56:31

i know everything about everything and then a bit more. i am superb and brilliant. i can also spell, use grammar and speak clearly.

BluddyMoFo Sun 19-Jun-11 21:56:55

Message withdrawn at poster's request.

ThePathanKhansWoman Sun 19-Jun-11 21:57:48

YANBU i've developed a real inferiority complex, realised i'm quite dim, abuse the English language at every turn, not half as amusing as i think i am, have no sense of style, oversensitive.

However always knew i was a shite relaxed mothergrin.Ha! didn't need MN to tell me that.

Goblinchild Sun 19-Jun-11 21:57:49

Some people have photographic memories, and barely sleep.

ChaosTrulyReigns Sun 19-Jun-11 21:59:52
