I won an item on ebay this morning and have received an email from the seller saying due to the amount of neutral and negative feedback I have given people they won't sell to me. Is this against ebay rules?
In the beginning I did give a lot of neutral feedback because I was new to the site and assumed you only gave positive if you were REALLY pleased with what you bought. I got a few nasty messages from people telling me to learn how to use the site and accusing me of cocking up their feedback on purpose and I started giving positive to everyone unless I was disapointed with what I bought but even then people were sending me messages saying to read the ads properly etc but it wasn't negative, just neutral.
I have given feedback 152 times and 108 of them are positive so it's not as if it's more neutral than positive.
AIBU to think this person should be forced to sell to me because I won the auction fair and square?
