On purpose? As a joke?

worraliberty Sat 18-Jun-11 13:40:16

OMG 8yrs old? shock

I'd kill her too!

I've never heard of a shampoo bar?

Bottleofbeer Sat 18-Jun-11 13:41:01

One of my little darlings (ten) emptied an entire bottle of shampoo into his bath this morning, why? who knows.

Maybe I should just chop up all his Moshi Monster cards because well, why not?

Grrrr

Try fabric conditioner to kill the foam.
Drain ,fabric cond and rinse.
Repeat as need to.

( I once used Fairy Snow for twin tubs in a front loader. Foam everywhere. Looked like the machine had mega rabies)

Take the price out of her pocket moneygrin wink

but a bit of butter or oil into the dispebser followed by hot water. that should kill the bubbles.
and hand your dd the mop and bucket to clean the room!
how cheeky.

sad. I hope it was an accident then, for her sake grin. Doesn't salt kill bubbles?

worraliberty Sat 18-Jun-11 13:51:20

Oooh I think I'll get one then grin

What cycle do I put my hair on? <runs away before getting twatted> >>>>>

Deodorant (or any spray really) kills bubbles.

Somewhat ironically, moving a solid bar of soap through the foam 'kills' bubbles.

My friends son when only 2 poured a whole huge bottle of Chanel no 5 down the loo, put Marigolds on,picked up bog brush and started scrubbing ' like mummy does '. That was 25 years ago and he's never been allowed to forget it.

DD put fairy in the dishwasher. In her defence, we'd never had one before and it came with the flat.
She had never seen me wash up though and was trying to be like the lovely home help we had in Thailand.
There were a lot of bubbles.

Ooo I hope you dont mind me asking, does your friend have a website, it sounds lovely?

Not in a washing machine though (she added quickly)

mousymouse Sat 18-Jun-11 17:22:14

I did that once when we ran out of dishwasher tablets. I naively thought that 'soap is soap'. well, it isn't smile
a good blob of butter heroically thrown in saved me from the most damage.

Thank you - the website has some lovely stuff. Hope the foam has subsided grin

DS [4] keeps pouring shampoo down the loo and then flushing to create an avalanche of bubbles "it's science mummy, an experiment" - not for the 5th time it is not - you git! grin
