I guess it does -- it's the only way I can get mine to stay on the wall.

AuntieMonica Tue 31-May-11 17:34:57

i like grin

maybe it's a diet scone, so you can't get much jam & cream to stick?

MmeLindor. Tue 31-May-11 17:36:38

Ha. But does it rhyme with gone or spoon?

AuntieMonica Tue 31-May-11 17:39:16

pardon? spoon?

damn you auto-correct gorne mad? grin

and it's scone - to rhyme with 'gone'

cheekeymonkey Tue 31-May-11 17:39:46

Well, it is for TEA lights!

SoupDragon Tue 31-May-11 17:42:50

Anyone else sitting muttering "Scoon... scoon... to rhyme with spoon?? confused"

Personally, I think it's a scone to rhyme with own, but that's a whoe different nest of vipers.

SoupDragon Tue 31-May-11 17:43:13

Cream tea lights, obviously.

MmeLindor. Tue 31-May-11 17:44:14

oh, yes. It should be to rhyme with gone.

And own is the wrong alternative pronunciation? I can never remember.

SoupDragon Tue 31-May-11 17:45:15

You have clearly lived with foreigners too long.
