A group of us were out for a few drinks last week. We'd only had a couple and we were all chatting etc. and we got on to the subject of shopping for clothes. Anyway, New Look cropped up in the conversation and she says 'oh, I was in New Look last week, trying a dress on in the changing room, and I got caught short so I took one of my socks off and shit in it'. shock Apparently she took the sock out with her to put in a bin in the shopping centre and told a sales assistant she might want to check the drains. There is a public toilet about 50 yards away.

AIBU to look at her in a different light now? Or just overreacting. confused

That is vile

FabbyChic Fri 13-May-11 17:17:26

That is gross, sorry but you don't get caught that short as an adult you do have enough time to find a toilet.

I'd seriously look at her differently.

PinkToeNails Fri 13-May-11 17:17:58

shock...does she have a medical condition?

CareyFakes Fri 13-May-11 17:18:22

Haha that is rank, but funny, but rank. I'd have laughed but in my head I'd have been thinking "What a dirty cunt"

razzlebathbone Fri 13-May-11 17:18:45

No she doesn't have a medical condition.

PinkToeNails Fri 13-May-11 17:19:25

That is really gross. I would definitely look at her in a different light.

shock shock

Is she mentally ill?

GreenToes Fri 13-May-11 17:19:43

That is absolutely disgusting! And very weird to tell your friends about it.

ZimboMum Fri 13-May-11 17:19:56

Yuck. That is awful shock

AuntieMaggie Fri 13-May-11 17:20:13

the only way she'd have been caught short would've been if she had the runs and it wouldn't have stayed in the sock... yuk...

BaronessOrczy Fri 13-May-11 17:20:37

There are no words.

cassierosse Fri 13-May-11 17:20:51

Bleurgh. shock

Seriously, she didn't have time to get to a toilet ?

Reality Fri 13-May-11 17:21:02

octopusinabox Fri 13-May-11 17:21:34

Gross. Why would the assistant need to check the drains? Why would she have access to drains in the changing room. Or am I missing something here?

tanmu82 Fri 13-May-11 17:21:42

oh. my. gosh.

RightUpMyRue Fri 13-May-11 17:21:58

Ha ha ha! That is so gross I can't actually believe it.

bibbitybobbityhat Fri 13-May-11 17:22:10

That is totally untrue. Cannot believe people are so gullible.

Pancakeflipper Fri 13-May-11 17:22:22

She's a very neat pooper to get it all in sock with no mess. What did she use as loo roll? Or did she not wipe? Urgh.

Any other odd behaviour from her?

TeacupTempest Fri 13-May-11 17:22:33

No Way! Seriously?

razzlebathbone Fri 13-May-11 17:23:12

I think because we were on our way to being well oiled it seemed like one of those things which are so outrageous you can't help but laugh in a reaction of astonishment. At the time. But the next day I was just thinking WTF???

FurKnickersAndNoCoat Fri 13-May-11 17:23:18

Is this a joke? People just don't do that unless they have problems.

RightUpMyRue Fri 13-May-11 17:24:04

Was either a small poo or a big sock.

DameShirleyKnot Fri 13-May-11 17:24:09

Hahahahahaha! It's not true, what about the inevitable stow away pee?

pigletmania Fri 13-May-11 17:25:04

That is envy the mentality if people and to tell other people like it's something to be proud of, what does she want a pat on the back. She does sound like she has a mental health problem
