Because you want salt.

Get some pumkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Toast in a dry frying pan, tip onto a plate, shake over a small amount of salt or soy sauce.

Taste lovely and much healthier.

i love crisps toooo mmmmmm so good, am on a diet and had a large amount of crisps this week and have lost weight, am quite pleased.
