We use them - they are a perfect size. However, we only have a couple because I only buy Nutella for Christmas stockings!

Isn't that the point of them? Apart from licking Nutella out of them, of course. :)

We always use them too.

Yeh unless you're talking about the screw top jars, that's the whole point of them.

Not at all - it sounds quite classy.
The question is- did you clean out the remnants of nutella before you started using them as glasses?
(Mmmm - orange juice and nutella)

Recycling is good.

That's what they are for isn't it? I have a few in the cupboard, not just for the kids either.

That's what you are meant to do surely? DD loves the mustard jars from france with the pictures on.

Nigella LAwson uses them for something similar...serving a posh dessert IIRC in one of her books - so why not?

We used them at university, though we were very canny!

we use them.

Although we had so many of them we had to pack some away and store them because it looked so bad to have about 30 of them!

Just about to say that YABVU as I thought that it was the big screw ones that you were talking about, but the little ones that are like a drinking glass, no fine imo. I would do the same but have the big screw top type.

I have just stacked some this evening. Also use dip tubs for play pieces and the like. (Only the cloudy ones - the plastic in the shiny ones is not strong.....)

I dont have any. I would not let such a product pass the threshold of this organic haven.

Now, there are a whole bunch of glasses in my kitchen cupboards. They have "Coke" emblazoned on the side. Apparently they were a promotional item from last summer when some kind of restaurant I was unfamiliar with, I think a scottish restaurant, would it be McDougals? McDonalds? Something like that. Anyway, they had a promotion on.

Anyway, there seems to be a WHOLE CUPBOARD of these glasses. They must breed, because I believe that this restaurant has only been visited a maximum of twice.

Strange.
