I am suffering so bad already this morning, dreadful night sleep, sore eyes, sore throat, runny nose.

So unfair that we are having such nice weather and I can't sit out in it and enjoy. On neoclarityn at the moment, helps a little, but not completely.

I know everyone is different, but have you any recommendations, other than sticking a paper bag over my head, actually thats an idea, would definately improve the looks

i think you can use eye drops and a nasal spray to help too Golds. I sympathise as I usually suffer very badly (tabs from early April) but I find that Neoclarityn works wonders. Before that I was on Benedryl but it made me sooo unbelievably drowsy. Also apples have a natural anti-histamine in them so eating a stack of them may help in hte long term. Rubbing a little vaseline around the opening of your nose can help to as it will trap any particles that can irritate your nose and of course washing your hair and showering just before bed to get rid of any particles you've picked up over the day

Zirtek is the only thing that works for both DH and I

Yup - definately go for the eye drops and nasal sprays.

And, this one might sound odd, but if you don't mind the flavour - drink chamomile tea. I'm not exactly sure how it works, I'm assuming that because it sort of calms you anyway, it must calm your immune responses too (or make you care about em less ) - but it does seem to slow things down for me.
