Can't use cow's milk, have tried lactose free, soya milk and all give me terrible wind and bloating. You wouldn't believe the noises my stomach makes it is very embarrassing! Have tried oats milk still results in wind and a little bloating but not so severe. The trouble is I want to lose weight and the weather is turning - I love porridge it's filling, good for cholesterol, yadda yadda yadda. Do you have any suggestions on alternatives or is there something I can drink after having the porridge or take to reduce the symptoms (oh by the way have tried mint tea..it doesn't work) please help me???
