Can you recommend a good gluten free pizza base?

Hi all,
I've tried a few different gluten free pizza bases, but they all seem to be really thick and hard, with no elasticity at all! Has anyone come across any that seem a bit more like "normal" pizza...?
Thanks a lot!

The and mixes&tsg=Bread Mix&ID=1008&prodinfo=true&prodID=1008&ThisCode=BRF001&showsg=Flours and mixes Brazilian Cheesebread mix makes the most fabulous GF pizza base. In fact my DH will snaffle all my pizza if I don't get it in the freezer fast enough

DS liked the Procelli ones but I'm not sure if they are only available on prescription.

Yep, the Brazilian Flavours one mentioned above is great:

You can buy online, or Waitrose stock it.

The brazilian cheesebread one does look very interesting.

DH likes the Wellfoods bases which are available on prescription. They are very thick, but soft. They are also sold as Aintoinette Saville brand and we used to be able to buy that brand in Waitrose, but our local branch now only stocks the bread.

I do sometimes buy the Tesco GF ciabatta loaf and half it to make a sort of french bread pizza.
