Hi. Am new here and going a little crazy trying to find breakfast ideas for DS, who is 9mths.
He had a reaction to milk and soya in my diet from b/f and we've had appointments at the hosp with this. Problem went away within days of me giving it up.
I've got Cow & Gate Pepti but when I tried it his skin flared up so will give another go before going back to the dietician.
But it's so hard to find things for breakfast for him as everything has soya or milk derivatives. I've tried him on bagels, which he likes but his skin flares up so I'm careful with wheat. Same with rice and quinoa in Plum baby foods. Avoiding egg until he's a year because he reacts to even the slightest amount of milk/soya in my diet.
Have recently tried Orgran buckwheat pancakes using water and baby fruit puree in place of milk and eggs, and he likes them but we can't have that every morning. And not sure if their apple and cinnamon version is okay for him? Has anyone tried them?
Have also bought a breadmaker so we'll soon be able to have that.
Any other ideas, as feel desperate to get him to eat properly.
Thanks in advance for help and sorry for rambling on in incoherent manner.
