just been shopping on ocado and noticed that their own brand stuff has list s of what each food is free from (eg wheat ) and then also a list of possible allergens.

this was from some ice cream, they only seem to do this for their own brand and i'm not sure if the information is available in the shop or on the packet as well but it is some small progress and maybe useful for someone.

Partially reconstituted dried skimmed milk, clotted cream (17%), sugar, buttermilk powder, corn dextrose, emulsifier mono- and diglicerides of fatty acids, stabilisers guar gum, sodium alginate and carrageenan. Allergens: Contains corn and milk. May contain traces of nuts.
