Could she be milk intolerant?

DD2 is coming up for 2 years old and looking back I think she is milk intolerant. She was feed EBM for the first 6 months then put on formula which is when she started getting terrible nappy rash. She never drank more 4ozs at a time and didn't sleep well but we managed (and didn't think to blame the milk). At 18 months I stopped allowing her to use a teat and she then refused to drink milk which soon after the rash disappeared. She still has yoghurt & cheese so is getting some calcium but I've noticed recently that if she has too much it makes her sick at night and her sores return, we live in a hard water area so that contains some calcium too but what elsed is there?

Hi BevB Were you using formula up until 18 months and then tried cows milk? sorry bit confused.

used formula from 6 months up until 12 months then switched to full cows milk and once we refused to use teats at 18 months she refused to drink any milk what so ever.
