Tomatoe allergies

Hi my 3yr old is a lover of pizza and lesagna and spag boll .as is my 1yr old but after theyve eaten it they both comout in a red rash all over there face and hands . Im have allergies to strawberrys and have been told they are related !Is this tru ? and eny recipe ideas finding it very hard to find thigs w/out tomatoes of some kind!
