Hi my toddler is allergic to quite a few main allergens - dairy, eggs, nuts...
Anyone can advise reliable way to test on what other things she may be allergic to?

Get your child referred by your GP to an allergy clinic. Ask for a full SPT array & bloods. List the things you'd like testing for. You might have a wait at the mo for the appointment but it's the only way unless you want to pay to go private or risk there being a reaction at home.

Certain things go hand in hand.
e.g. a reaction to cashew likely means a reaction to pistachios and those allergic to walnuts are usually allergic to pecans.
I believe a nut allergy may predispose to a seed allergy (e.g. sesame seed).
Ideally you would only test foods your little one has already reacted to when eating, otherwise you risk getting false positives and avoiding foods that aren't true allergies.
Arm yourself with an epi pen; we were given one from our private allergist but the NHS were not keen to provide one as our DS hadn't experienced Anaphylaxis yet.
