Neocate LCP to Neocate Junior

My 13 month old is allergic to dairy, soya and egg. We've been on Neocate LCP for months and the dietician has recommended we move onto Neocate Junior.

Has anyone's LO been fine on LCP but struggled with junior? Each time we've introduced, it's been followed by a couple of days of projectile vomit/ diarrhoea. I'm not sure if it's just coincidence that he's picked up a sickness bug at the same time as surely one bottle of junior could not cause this reaction?

Any advice appreciated!
