Hi all this is ds4 now 15 month old. He had mild eczema up until 1 and now seems better. I feel like a bad mother but it only occurred to me recently that he has never ever had a solid Stoll. Always had runny poos. I always put it down to teething he has most of them. The only thing that possibly points to him being allergic is when I give him in the form or hard boiled, scrambled, omelette, in the past he came out in a rash around his mouth and hands where he touched it. So I stopped and waiting for a hosp app to talk about it. He eats everything else and never really check the labels but worried now that he might be suffering stomach aches hence the runny poos. He has always been a bit of a whiny baby anyway but just wondering if there is anything I can or should try before out app?

He could be coeliac and you may have to continue with his 'normal' diet till the appointment . If he has explosive stools that is likely ,or it could be dairy that's the problem, is he growing normally?

Google toddler diarrhoea @4cheekymonkey . I think it's quite common and something that children just grow out of.

Thanks both yes he is a big boy 98th centile for both weight and height. We had the allergy app today and they prick tested him for a few things(not diary) and it came back and egg and bits which I suspected as his brother has nut allergy.he wasn't concerned about the explosive poos as he is growing ok. We ll carry on giving him hidden egg but will avoid nuts and egg on it's own
