What is biting me?

Ok so this all started about 4 weeks ago and I have been bitten every single day somewhere on my body night and day. It is def a bite as it itches then i can see a tiny little mark afterwards. It’s not massively itchy and it must be something really small. At the same time my little boy got a hamster, he was the only pet in the house so I took him back thinking I was allergic to him. But this continued so I have washed everything on 90, used a steam cleaner, used Bob Martin flea and mite spray then a few days later used Indorex. Still getting bitten and my daughter developed what I thought were bites so took her to the doctors and we were all given cream for Scabies! I have a 5 year old, 9yr old and 9 month old. We are all being bitten but my son? Since using the cream it has got worse and my daughters back is now covered in an itchy rash. So back to the doctors and he reckons my daughters rash is viral but she is not ill?!
My baby has bites on her face and she also had loads on her bum last week. I have set bowls out during the night to catch fleas but nothing, all I have seen one night was a brown bug but it was not a flea!!
What is this thing as I cannot do anymore and it’s driving me crazy it’s def not scabies and I’ve hoovered the mattresses and rubbed in bicarbonate of soda. I have numerous essential oil plug ins a plug in insect repellent, I’ve scartered tea tree oil around and I hoover 3/4 times per day making sure I put the contents straight in the bin outside. Help pls!!!

I once thought I was being bitten and flea treated the house and contacted a bed bug specialist. It had a classic bite look with red mark in the middle that I thought was the puncture spot.

It turned out I had built up an allergy to the shower gel I was using. It didn't happen as soon as I started using it though. Have you changed any washing products relatively recently?

If it is bites, I have no idea what I am afraid.

I thought it may have been because I changed to Persil so I changed to Fairy non bio but it’s still happening! I found this bug in the loo a couple of weeks ago, any ideas ?

Bed bugs?

Have you checked the seams of mattresses, behind head boards?

That pic doesn't really look like a BB apart from the colour but I would still check.

I speak from bitter experience....
