DD is dairy free for 6 weeks. Has anyone used almond milk/one of the other substitute milks to make Yorkshire puddings/pancakes? Does it work?
Have used to make custard and bechemal sauce - but for both had to add cornflower - something in the "make up" of the milk meant it reacted differently and i didn't get the thickening i would expect with normal milk.
