Finally found my intolerance

Giving up onions and garlic has cured windy, bloating and IBS symptoms for me so if you've tried everything this might be worth a bash

Thanks for the advice. I noticed this was a main food to give up on the fodmap diet which helps ibs. I have alot of garlic and onions and I should really cut them out to help my Ibs but I do love them blush

Apparently apples aren't good either.

I found giving up onions really helpful too, although I can eat them if they’re fermented in kimchi
