Hi, how long before you start noticing a difference in your baby? Her dirty nappies have changed but she's still crying after most feeds. Been on this milk 3 days now

Hello, I can't offer any advice but wanted to support you as we've just been given Nutramigen today by the doc. How old is your little one? We're 4.5 mths xx

2 months, been a week and bit now and she's still upset, i think it might be silent reflux. Hope it works for you guys

We started off with meds but the docs were confused that they didn't work immediately so then started nutramigen. Both together gave an immediate response to her general wellbeing. It took about 3 weeks for her weight to start going back up.

She was only 4 weeks though so I am not sure how that changes things

My DS still reacted to Nutramigen. He was given neocate instead.

Fingers crossed something works, back at the dr's next Wed after what will be just over 2 weeks on the milk. She's taking less milk than she used to on Aptamil , gone from around 22oz to around 18oz, i have some videos of her crying post feed if it helps them

How's it going ineedwine? We're a week in and DD is only taking half her normal feeds and her eczema is worse! On positive note exploding nappies have stopped and reflux no worse but doesn't seem like much is changing here. Hope it's going better for you? X

No better, if anything worse, feed amounts still at around 18oz, Sunday she pretty much cried all day so went back to the doctor Monday afternoon and she's put her on Gaviscon and switched back to Aptamil. So far on Gaviscon she's been a lot better, gave at 10pm last night and she went til 4am, slept a lot better than previous nights when she'd squirm and grunt. Hope your little one starts feeling better soon Flowers
