Is this a food reaction?

i just had breakfast which included a lovely fruit salad, and when I've come up to do my face I've noticed a dark line around my lips - almost like 90s brown lip liner! And they're slightly swollen/tight/dry/itchy too. Is this a reaction to something? One of the fruits?

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with smoked salmon (also coconut oil, chives, salt, pepper), rocket, cherry tomatoes, and fruit salad (kiwi, mango, pineapple, melon, blueberries, passionfruit). Are any of those more likely to be allergenic? If you get mild reactions then should you still avoid things in case they get worse?

I'm mid 30s and never had anything like this before. I do have IBS though which responds well to gluten & lactose free diet. Also have anxiety/mental health problems (hence user name!) and am going to worry myself silly about this!

Probably not. You've got some very acid fruits in there like pineapple, passionfruit and tomato which can be quite irritating. People can indeed be allergic to some of those fruits but if it's not happened to you before I think it's much more likely to be all that fresh juice on sensitive skin.
