Not sure if this could be a chicken allergy... Eating chicken makes the outside of his lips itchy (not his mouth or anything inside!) just the outside. (Nothing visible)
It's been happening for about 6 months but he's been eating chicken for years!

Oh yes DD2 has a terrible allergy to chicken , she gets migraines and nasty red weals on her neck.
It can suddenly happen too. 
It could also be pepper.
