Allergies after pregnancy

Im not sure if anyone has any advice or help but if they do it would be much appreciated

I am a hayfever sufferer (mild) but since I have had my little boy - 14 wks ago my body has had wierd reactions! I had breathlessness and heartburn which the GP prescribed omeprazole and inhalor - didnt really improve it and then the itchy throat/itchy eyes/sneezing started alongside the heartburn.
Piriton is helping but by the evening my symptoms are quite bad??

I have started thinking maybe I am allergic to something I wasnt before?! would an allergy affect my stomach?!

I have a GP apt tmrw and will prob sound like a crazy person
