Looking for the impossible? Nut free vegan Xmas pudding?

Does such a thing exist? I'm vegan and DD is nut allergic. We could do separate puddings, but Xmas is at my brother's this year and I'd like to avoid taking up all his pans with them!

I had a quick google, basically, I think you can do anything you like with Christmas pudding as long as there is lots of dried fruit in it. I would google a few recipes and choose ingredients you like in terms of dried fruit, wet fruit (grated carrots, apples), spices and then adapt a recipe to suit.
This one could work with a few adjustments! As long as the fruit makes up the majority of it, and the pudding is moist enough, the nuts add flavour and you can use a little oil (coconut perhaps) instead of an egg if the recipe calls for it. Good luck!!

I meant, the nuts only add flavour so can be left out...

A ready made vegan pud is fairly easy to source but its the nut free that is going to cause the problem. Even those without nuts tend to be made on the same production line. Making your own is your best bet.
