Anyone used Nalcrom?

My 2.5 year old ds has been prescribed Nalcrom by the gastroenterologist as we can't seem to get to the bottom of his allergies. He is meant to take it before every meal for as long as his allergies continue ie. could be for months or years.

I've decided to try the alternative that the doctor suggested, a few foods diet, before trying the Nalcrom as I'm a bit reluctant to have him on yet more medication.

Has anyone tried Nalcrom though, and if so has it helped and have you had to use it for long?

My son has just started taking nalcrom since friday hes been on them for 6 days for eczema and nodular puringo and hes nearly clear of eczema and hes on a low dosage of 100mg 2x100 mg twice per day
Ive never seen him so clear and hes on the for 2 months and a review in three months i hope that he can stay on them as they have done him good
