My 15 month old son has been on Neocate LCP for almost a year now and it seemed to do him wonders (he is CMPI).
We recently switched him to Neocate Active. He has a great diet; this is just to make up for any missing days and calcium really.
But he keeps throwing it up and he seems to have regressed to the bad old days of being generally grumpy and seemingly in pain and he's hardly eating.
A quick google revealed that some toddlers don't seem to get on with Active. Has anyone else had the same experience? If so, what can we do? The hospital won't prescribe LCP for him any more.
Does he HAVE to have Neocate or can we meet his needs through food?

Allergies and intolerances
Seems to be reacting badly to Neocate Active - anyone else had this?
