My dp had tests today and it came back he's allergic to wheat (normal kind and no other) Yeast and has an intolerance to eggs.
To stop the symptoms that he's been having he knows his diet must change.
So we went to the supermarket....... I thought he was going to cry. He loves his bread and couldn't find anything to buy (we don't live in the uk).
We bought some rye flour to use for coating meat etc... so that parts ok.
Eggs he doesn't eat many anyway and the Dr told him to keep it to 1 weekly - fine.
Can anyone advise me please, is there a bread he can eat, maybe sourdough or ryebread ? and any other tips would be greatly received.
Thank you.
