Which antihistamine if bf?

For years on end I have lived with hay fever. Every autumn in particular I am really bad: nose running constantly, runny and sore eyes and asthma. I normally suffer in silence (I take ventolin for my asthma but not much else) but I think I should take an antihistamine to improve my quality of life. Are there any that are ok for breastfeeding mums? Thanks.
