Fastjekt instructions - can anyone help?

The doctor gave us a photocopied sheet with brief instructions for using Fastjekt, but as we live in Luxembourg it's in French and I need to add an English translation.

I'm up to the bit where you 'tap' the black tip against the outside thigh and 'push it in firmly' - these are literal translations from the French but I just wondered if anyone knows how they say it in the English instructions?

Thanks!

Do you mean Alk Abello Jext autoinjectors? If so, here's a link to the website where there are video demonstrations on how to administer: www.jext.co.uk/jext-video-demonstrations.aspx. You can also order a free simulator (trainer) pen but not sure if they will send it to Luxembourg! Unlike Epi-pens, Jext do indeed say to hold the pen against the thing and push firmly rather than swinging from 10cm away.

Sorry, just realised that Fastjekt is in fact a different product to Jext made by a different manufacturer so it might have different instructions. As far as I can see, they don't produce English instructions, just German and Italian. Sorry Weta.

Thanks for your help... actually I too was assuming it was the same as the Jext ones I had heard about on here, but clearly not!

Thanks BB, I will try that.
